Return & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid services and digital products from Attractiveexcept. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) remain in full force and are not overridden by this policy.
Consumer Guarantees Act
Services must be provided with reasonable care and skill, fit for a particular purpose you told us about, completed within a reasonable time, and match their description. If guarantees are not met you may be entitled to a remedy (repair, refund, or compensation depending on seriousness).
Workshops and live sessions
- Cancel 7+ days before start: full refund to original payment method.
- Cancel within 7 days: one free reschedule; refund at our discretion unless CGA applies.
- We may cancel for unforeseen events—you choose a new date or full refund.
Digital guides
If a downloadable file is defective or not as described, contact us within 14 days for replacement or refund. Once a working file is delivered, change-of-mind refunds are not offered except where CGA requires.
Processing time
Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days; banks may take longer to show funds.
